Report a problem

In Kairix, open More → About Kairix → Contact → Report a problem. It fills in your app version and phone, so I can find the problem. Please leave out names, medicines and other health details.

Kairix has its help built in: More → Help & tour, or the Search tab. Every guide is short and opens where you need it.

Your data

Kairix has no account, so I can’t see, recover or delete your records. They stay on your phone. To keep a copy, use More → Settings → Backup and restore. To erase everything, use More → Settings → Erase all data. See the privacy policy.

When the pain is too much

This will pass. No matter how bad it is or how long it lasts, the pain will pass. If it feels like too much and you’re thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988, any time. In Kairix: More → Feeling upset about your pain?, at the bottom.
